This full-time position requires open-night availability with weekend and holiday work. The incumbent will manage schedules, training, and incident follow-up to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience required.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computers and basic security systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to coach and mentor officers/associates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and oversee security operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring security officers.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; file incident reports.
• Maintain logs, issue visitor badges, radios and keys.
• Conduct building patrols and ensure guest and staff safety.
