Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is seeking an Overnight Security Supervisor to oversee hotel security operations. You will protect guests, associates and property, issue badges, logs and incident reports, and patrol the building.

Strong communication and calm decision-making are essential in this fast-paced environment. The role requires open schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, with shifts from 11pm to 7:30am.

The Overnight Security Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center will be responsible for assisting and overseeing the Security operations of the hotel. Security is responsible for the security and safety of the hotel, guests, employees, visitors and vendors; and for providing exceptional service for our guests. The Security team has the opportunity to interact with our guests and associates by assisting them with questions, directions, incident reports, problems and in emergency situations. Other duties include issuing visitor badges, radios, and keys, maintaining accurate logs, filling out incident reports, and completing building patrols.

The responsibilities of this position include and are not limited to scheduling, ordering, training, working shifts as needed, follow up to guests’ issues, responding to emergency situations to ensure the safety and security of associates, hotel guests, visitors and property.

This is a Full-Time position. This position requires open schedule availability, must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Shifts will be 11pm - 7:30am. Schedules are based upon business need.

The rate for this position is $24.00 an hour, plus an additional $1.00 shift differential for overnight shifts.
