GardaWorld Security is seeking a dedicated Concierge Security Officer in Denver, CO. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining access control and safety across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The full-time overnight role offers a steady 40-hour schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, 10PM-6AM), paid training, uniform provided, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
