Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach staff across shifts.
• Experience handling payroll or personnel information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and document disciplinary actions; consult management when needed.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Coordinate adequate coverage for all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit required reports; maintain post inspections.
