Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the Jacksonville, FL area on a full-time midnight shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM). The role supervises security services delivery and coordinates with site leadership to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs clearly and legibly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Driver's license with valid record for driving roles; insurance requirements may apply.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
