Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role oversees the delivery of security services on a specified shift, coordinating with site leadership and officers to maintain safety and quality.

You will supervise staff, coach and discipline within approved guidelines, handle crisis situations calmly, and ensure accurate reporting and logs, while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor
• Ability to prepare reports and logs clearly
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of security services on a shift at a client site.
• Coordinate with site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Handle crises calmly and ensure accurate reporting.
