Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor/Security Clearan ce for night shifts in Florida. The role requires an active DoD Security Clearance (Secret or above) and pays $19.36/hr. The Night Shift (0000-0800) oversees at least 3 officers, CCTV monitoring, logs, and dispatching.

Training in Control Room Ops will precede full shift responsibility. The Shift Supervisor will coordinate security delivery for a specific site, serve as liaison with the Account Manager

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize performance, and discipline staff within approved guidelines.
