Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Officer to patrol, control access, and enforce safety policies for Reston and Loudoun Station properties. This role covers weekend nights and a late-week schedule, requiring strong customer service and vigilance.

The ideal candidate has Virginia security certification, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year in customer service. Expect to work with a team, handle incidents, and support event-related security duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-service related field.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Maintain the appearance of the plaza kiosks and enforce plaza policies.
• Watch for safety issues and report to management.
• Assist Marketing during events at Reston and Loudoun Station.
