Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with authorized entry and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
