Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitors and staff per site access-control procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
