Allied Universal is seeking a part-time security professional to join our team at a logistics and distribution site. You will provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site-specific procedures for access control and security.

Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and responding calmly to incidents. Regular patrols help deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge verification familiarity preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Age requirements: 18+ (unarmed); 21+ (armed).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and packages according to access-control rules.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials to maintain authorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per protocol.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
