Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Background history accepted under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry credentials, document visitor and contractor arrivals, and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to loading areas, employee entrances, and restricted spaces while reporting unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, varying by client site.
