Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly while documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points; assist with visitor management.
• Maintain daily activity reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
