Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of incidents and complete reports.
• Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety risks.
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with authorities.
• Coordinate security for conferences and events.
• Monitor and operate hotel surveillance system.
• Ensure guests’ inquiries are resolved promptly and courteously.
