Job summary

Planned Companies –Security – Baltimore, MD position for a Private Security Guard. Part-time schedule on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm to 6am with a $19.00 pay rate. Responsibilities include patrols, access verification, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and support to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with security patrols and monitoring CCTV preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures and laws.

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrol of property and structures.
• Verify and track access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor CCTV to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to and assess notifications, alarms, and incidents.
• Provide security support to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Report suspicious activity and incidents to authorities.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
