Job summary

Planned Companies – Floater Security – is seeking Private Security Guards for residential and commercial properties to provide routine patrols, safety checks, gate house security, mobile patrol, fire watch and control room monitoring in Monroe Township, NJ.

The role is on-call with no set schedules, part-time 1st/2nd shifts and some overnight shifts. The hourly pay is $24.00, and a valid driver’s license plus SORA are required. A high school diploma and 2+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong surveillance and observation skills.
• Clear report writing and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal security guidelines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrols of property.
• Verify access credentials for residents, guests, vendors and deliveries.
• Ensure doors, exits, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor CCTV to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to alarms and investigations; provide assistance to residents/guests/vendors.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
