Job summary

As a full-time guard, you will verify access, secure exits, respond to alerts, and submit detailed incident reports to management, while providing assistance to residents, guests, and vendors. A SORA license and valid NJ driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• SORA license required and valid driver''s license.
• Minimum 2+ years as Security Officer or Guard.
• Knowledge of local/state security guidelines.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems.
• First Aid and basic life support training.
• Strong written and verbal reporting skills.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrols to establish a security presence.
• Verify access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor CCTV to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to alarms and investigate notifications.
• Provide security-related assistance to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Report suspicious activity and incidents to authorities.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
