Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrols of properties to deter incidents.
• Verify access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure exits, doors, and windows are secured and functioning.
• Monitor CCTV to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to alarms and investigate notifications.
• Provide assistance to residents, guests and vendors as needed.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
