Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Arrival Management in Los Angeles, CA. You will be the welcoming front desk presence, manage access, observe activity, and respond to security-related concerns to ensure a safe campus environment.

You will monitor entrances, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain logs while delivering exceptional customer service to students, staff, and clients across education locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Background check required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and clients by following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk; greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor logs per site requirements.
• Monitor entrances, lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation and emergency procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, package handling, and security-related information requests while maintaining a professional presence.
