The position is full-time with a schedule that includes nights and weekends. A background check and drug screening are required, and a High School diploma is necessary.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and inform contacts and responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, dispatch records, and incident reports.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access notifications and escalate security concerns per procedures.
