Home Chef is seeking a RTH Sanitation Associate for the 2nd shift in Bedford Park, IL. Work hours are 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM with Saturdays and Sundays off. The role ensures a clean, food-safe kitchen environment, PPE usage, and adherence to health and safety regulations across multiple sanitation zones.

The position requires Spanish and English fluency (preferred), 2+ years in the food industry, and a high school diploma or GED. Comprehensive benefits and a focus on food safety are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the food industry.
• General high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and assembly area cleanliness to food-safety standards.
• Wear PPE and follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform sanitation tasks across RTH Cleaning, Dish Room and GMP Frock Room.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, sinks, racks, and surfaces daily.
• Follow SOPs and Lock Out Tag Out procedures when applicable.
