Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Spokane, WA, seeks a Residential Treatment Specialist for night shifts Thursday to Sunday 9pm–7am. You will provide care, implement treatment plans, supervise residents, and document observations. The role requires First Aid/CPR, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 60 days.
• First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and explain program policies to residents as needed.
• Perform and document daily shift activities per policies and standards.
• Supervise and monitor resident movement, activity, and rule compliance.
• Assess and respond to resident behaviors and dispositions.
• Implement and assist in planning structured activities for recovery.
• Provide documentation for the resident's Treatment Plan and reviews.
• Assist residents with health and hygiene needs.
