The role requires 2+ years of RN experience, Ohio license, and BSN/MSN preferred. 24 hours per week, 0.6 FTE, weekends 3 of 6; shifts are night. The team emphasizes patient and family education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio with active license.
• 2+ years nursing experience with an Associate/Diploma.
• BSN/MSN preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards in daily operations.
• Support leadership in safety and CMS standards; ensure certifications.
• Document care plans and patient/family outcomes; follow age-appropriate care protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated patient care.
• Provide patient/family education and self-management support.
