Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required on hire and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports administrative responsibility for the department and collaborates with unit Director/Manager.
• Oversees staff, directs operations, and ensures time, equipment and staffing are used efficiently.
• Performs direct patient care as needed within scope of practice; assesses and updates care plans.
• Develops and implements departmental plans and coordinates orientation and training.
