Job summary

Freeman Siloam Springs Hospital is seeking an RN House Supervisor for PRN Night shifts. You will provide critical leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will act as the administrative point of contact during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, managing staffing, addressing emergencies, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.
• RN license for practicing state.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Act as administrative point of contact during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing; address emergencies; ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as a resource for clinical and non-clinical staff.
