Job summary

Kettering Health Network seeks an RN Resource for the Washington Township Night shift. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care across diverse clinical settings, coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and quality in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements include Ohio RN license and BLS (or obtain within 30 days). ADN or BSN accepted; clinical nursing experience during school is welcomed. Join a mission-driven system serving southwest Ohio with strong safety values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• RN license in the State of Ohio (current, valid)
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Clinical nursing experience during nursing program accepted

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor effects.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
