Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities.

This full-time night-shift role offers a sign-on bonus, regional per-diem incentives, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits including day-one medical/vision/dental insurance, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy's Regional Float Pool and multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
