You will assess and plan individualized care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and adapt to diverse clinical settings. This role offers sign-on incentives, education support, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN licensure in hiring state or compact.
• BLS certification required for Med/Surg; ACLS for Critical Care.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to manage patient populations.
