Good Samaritan in Waconia, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the broader care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

This role may include charge nurse duties and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, aligned with the Nurse Practice Act and facility standards. Night shifts include differential pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate and support nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and UAP staff.
