Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/on-call coverage across day, evening and night shifts. You will perform nursing assessments, plan and implement resident care, and coordinate with families and the care team.

Must be a Minnesota-licensed RN; 79-bed facility offers night/weekend differentials, advancement opportunities and education support as part of a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice is occurring; multistate license if NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, education and various nursing interventions.
