Job summary

Good Samaritan in Waconia, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all care phases.

The RN collaborates with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, while serving as needed as charge nurse and delegating tasks to staff. A valid MN RN license is required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and maintain standards.
