Job summary

Good Samaritan invites a skilled Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit team in Waconia, MN. The RN will provide individualized care, collaborate with residents and families, and coordinate comprehensive nursing plans.

This role may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to staff while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care. We offer generous shift differentials, education assistance, advancement opportunities, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license current and unencumbered in state of practice, or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
