The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Waconia, part of Sanford Health, provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role requires graduation from a nursing program, an active RN license, and a commitment to patient education and safety. Evening shifts with generous differential and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care with the team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as needed.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolve concerns.
