Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. night shift team. You will provide direct nursing care, implement and adjust care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate discharges while educating families.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, BLS certification, and prefer a BSN. Relocation assistance and loan repayment programs may be available; the work environment emphasizes safety and caregiver

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
