Job summary

Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Birthing Center with a Level II Nursery. The role is full-time, night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with rotating holidays and weekends. ASN or equivalent is required; BSN preferred.

Indiana RN license or multi-state license via NLC is required. BLS must be obtained within hire period and NRP within six months. Position offers eligibility for shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license (or multi-state via NLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire
• Experience or ability to work in a Level II Nursery/Birthing Center preferred
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform standing/walking for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Birthing Center with Level II Nursery facilities
• Monitor maternal and neonatal status and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with obstetric team to support delivery, recovery, and discharge plans
