OhioHealth in Pickerington, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in the Special Care Nursery. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for neonates and families within a 24/7 department.

The role requires BLS, an Ohio RN license and BSN within five years of employment. Night shift, 36 hours weekly, and commitment to safety and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment and diagnosis of patient health status and needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans.
• Lead process improvements to improve clinical quality and safety.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily duties.
