Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective is seeking an RN for an inpatient night position at our hospice facility in Burlington, NC. The role is full-time (36 hours) with shift 7:30 pm - 8:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities include assessing patient/caregiver needs, coordinating with the physician on the care plan, and providing emotional support and education. Benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, and a 403B match after 12 months.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in North Carolina (NCBON) in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 1 year of acute or home health experience (2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient/caregiver problems and set care goals.
• Collaborate with attending physician on medical care plan.
• Provide emotional support and teaching to patient and caregiver.
• Maintain communication with health-care team and community services.
