AuthoraCare Collective seeks a Hospice RN for our Burlington campus, supporting Durham and Raleigh areas. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with CPR/BLS requirements.

The RN will lead the plan of care, collaborate with the IDG, and provide compassionate patient and caregiver support in a hospice setting. Requirements include an NC RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and 1 year of related experience; BSN and 2 years experience are preferred.

Formación

• RN license in NC and in good standing with NCBON
• CPR certification required (AHA/Red Cross)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
• One year of experience in acute, hospice, home health or long-term care setting; two years preferred

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates care per patient plan of care and assessments.
• Collaborates with IDG to establish goals and care plan.
• Document outcomes of care and maintain records.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and caregivers.
• Make home visits and on-call decisions as scheduled.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
