Uptown Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Nights RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the night shift and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care. You will guide the clinical team to ensure safety, compliance, and positive patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes efficient care delivery, staff mentoring, scheduling, and maintaining patient and family satisfaction while ensuring 24/7 nursing coverage with minimized overtime and agency use.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Current RN license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct clinical operations on the night shift while ensuring policy & care standards.
Mentor staff, coordinate with departments, and implement care delivery models.
Maintain adequate staffing to provide 24/7 safe care and minimize overtime/agency use.
Assist in staff recruitment, orientation, and recommendations for promotions/transfers.
