Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Charge Nurse for the Night shift in the United States. You will direct daily unit activities, supervise staff, and ensure safe delivery of care on your assigned shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, participating in governance, and mentoring staff while upholding nursing standards and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in hospital nursing and leadership preferred.
• Night shift availability with scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on shift to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Lead staff, manage patient flow, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Serve as mentor/preceptor and participate in governance and quality initiatives.
