Responsibilities

• Rounds on each patient daily to evaluate care quality and effectiveness.
• Oversee Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate hand-offs and interdisciplinary communication to keep the patient goals in focus.
• Promote patient safety and quality through structured teamwork and documentation.
• Provide or oversee staff development, preceptorship, and performance improvement initiatives.
