Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health's Baylor The Heart Hospital Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Tele. You will oversee patient care, perform assessments, and develop care plans for post-cardiotomy and cardiology patients in a dedicated Tele unit.

Qualifications

• RN license.
• Graduated from an Accredited Nursing Program.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year of Tele RN or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families, and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with care team.
• Prioritize safety, privacy, and quality in patient care.
• Use EMR and hospital systems to document care.
