Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift report and rounds to align goals.
• Practices according to current clinical standards and safety goals.
• Coordinates safe care and documents effectively with the care team.
