Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the 12x3 Night shift to support adult and neonatal patients with ventilator care, ABG analysis, and respiratory therapies.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, licensed by the Texas Medical Board, NBRC registered, with BLS and ACLS; NRP and PALS to be obtained within 1 year. Night shift coverage provided.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Demonstrated knowledge of respiratory assessment and therapy.
• Ability to interpret data from ABG, CXR, and PFTs.

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and respiratory diagnostics.
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and oxygen delivery systems.
• Provide prescribed oxygen and aerosol therapy.
• Support neonates and adults with chest physiotherapy and airway maintenance.
• Interpret abg, cxr, and pft data to guide treatment.
• Maintain and disinfect cardiopulmonary equipment and work areas.
• Document treatments and monitor patient responses.
