Job summary

You will assess patients, monitor responses, and implement treatments to improve respiratory health while ensuring safety and compliant documentation within the care team. Role requires coordinating with physicians and healthcare staff, maintaining equipment, and adhering to infection control standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of respiratory experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) required.
• ACLS, PALS, and potentially NRP & STABLE certifications per department requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Orient patient to treatment modalities to ensure cooperation.
• Perform ABG punctures and report results promptly.
