Qualifications

• CRT certification required.
• BCLS within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required.
• NRP and STABLE required when NICU assignment.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory treatments per orders.
• Performs patient assessments and monitors responses.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
• Documents treatments and patient responses.
• Ensures infection control and PPE adherence.
• Collaborates with healthcare team and responds to emergencies.
