Qualifications

• 1-3 years of respiratory experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers advanced respiratory treatments and monitors patient responses.
• Orients patient to treatment modality prior to procedures.
• Performs ABG punctures and reports results promptly.
• Assists physicians with bedside procedures as needed.
• Performs pulmonary testing procedures as assigned.
• Follows respiratory protocols and safety standards.
• Communicates with healthcare teams and leadership about patient care.
• Maintains respiratory equipment and ensures PPE use.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway care.
• Initiates appropriate interventions in emergencies.
