Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shifts in the Phoenix metro area. The role involves operating respiratory care equipment across general and critical care units, performing arterial blood gas analysis, co-oximetry and PFTs, and assisting with patient transport.

The successful candidate will have an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program, be licensed as an RCP/RRT, and demonstrate strong documentation and collaboration within a multi-campus system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care program (2-year) required.
• Graduate of a 4-year Respiratory Care program preferred.
• Experience as Respiratory Therapist required; float/network position experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and manage respiratory care equipment and procedures for diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform arterial puncture, blood gas analysis and other pulmonary function testing.
• Assist with transport of mechanically ventilated patients and respond to emergencies.
