Job summary

Community House Mental Health Agency in Seattle, WA is seeking a Residential Caregiver to join the care team in a licensed residential setting. You will provide behavioral health services, skills training, and medication support to residents, including ADLs/IADLs, transportation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor credential and registrations.
• Criminal background check prior to hire.
• Complete required Assisted Living Facility Training and certifications.
• TB test within first 2 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care team to ensure residents access needed treatment and appointments.
• Ensure all interactions reflect trauma-informed care principles.
• Supervise medication windows and follow the seven rights of medication use.
• Participate in shift change meetings and complete documentation.
• Document resident interactions and medications in EMR.
• Practice financial stewardship of agency resources and supplies.
• Meet identified KPIs for the program, division, and agency.
• Assist with on-site cleaning and activities for residents.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain confidentiality.
