Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Full Time Residential Coach for the Lisa's House Program in Plainville, CT. This night shift role supports adolescent girls through DBT-informed care, daily supervision, and family engagement.

Join a mission-driven team delivering trauma-informed, gender-responsive services to youth in a community-based setting. Starting wage is $21.51 per hour with applicable shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred in Human Service or related field, with at least six months of relevant experience.
• Two years of professional experience in human services can substitute for a degree.
• Must be familiar with gender-responsive and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and daily care for girls in the program.
• Counsels and guides girls in groups and individually to build healthy relationships.
• Maintains a safe, supportive program environment and assists with family visits.
